The Broiler Cook has primary responsibility for quickly and efficiently preparing all center of the plate items to Cattlemen’s recipes and standards. Responsible for coordinating the efforts of the Broiler Assistants, timing of orders, quality control for all items and maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
Ability to work evenings, weekends and most holidays.
Ability to lift up to 25 lb. and carry waist high 10 – 20 ft. at least 2/3 of your shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lb. waist high 10 – 20 ft. 1/3 of your shift
Ability to lift up to 100 lb. and carry waist high 5 – 10 ft. occasionally
